Your role at DSSEC will be varied and exciting. The roles are client-facing and give employees the opportunity to gain experience quickly in a variety of different and challenging situations. It is an excellent environment to build on your current skill set and progress your career. We have an office at Green Park in Reading and a client base currently running along the M4 corridor.
The Company is committed to recruiting and developing their own in-house Engineers and has a structured graduate training programme which is tailored to each individual. This involves ‘on-the job’ training and study support, for those who wish to undertake or complete their professional Engineering qualifications (EngTech, IEng, CEng). We offer a fast track career path from Graduate Engineer through to Senior, then Lead Engineer and finally to Principle Engineer. We can and do reward our staff for their contribution and allow them to define their own aspirations within the Company.
